Boulder was established to meet the needs of our clients in countries which are logistically and strategically difficult to operate in. Our clients include Oil and Gas Companies, United Nations, Ugandan government, NGO’s, Relief Agencies, US Embassies and the private sector. We are registered with both System for Award Management [SAM] and United Nations Missions and our UNGM Registration Number is 816445.
