Boulder was established to meet the needs of our clients in countries which are logistically and strategically difficult to operate in. Our clients include Oil and Gas Companies, United Nations, Ugandan government, NGO’s, Relief Agencies, US Embassies and the private sector. We are registered with both System for Award Management [SAM] and United Nations Missions and our UNGM Registration Number is 816445.

Boulder Services has a strict quality assurance policy for all its services. This is to ensure that all our processes and operations are sound and effective as to always meet project objectives. An internally developed Quality Assurance Manual is also known to all staff and the quality assurance manager for all projects ensures its introduction and compliance in all projects executed by Boulder.
