We provide our services and supplies to different clients through the following units:
Boulder Services Ltd handles all its construction supplies under the Construction Supplies business unit. The Unit’s mission is to be a well-resourced, vibrant and efficient unit that continuously enables Boulder Services Ltd meet the world class standards in supplying/delivering any commodities used and needed in the various offices.
The unit oversees and coordinates all construction related supplies and services in Boulder.
Some of these supplies and services include:
- Blocks.
- Pavers.
- Hardcore.
This unit’s mission is to be a well-resourced, vibrant and efficient that continuously enables Boulder Services Ltd meet world class standards in delivering professional services in Highway/Transport Engineering consultancy.
The unit oversees and coordinates all highway and transportation engineering related consultancy services and activities in Boulder. These services include:
- Planning, Preliminary & Feasibility.
- Detailed Designs and Tender Documentation for road
development projects. - Design reviews.
BOULDER provides Engineering consultancy services for
geological and geo-technical investigations & analysis,
structural appraisal and investigations, foundation design,
instrumentation and monitoring, slope stability analysis and
design, retaining wall analysis and geo-physical field and
laboratory testing for construction materials and works for
clients.

At Boulder, we understand the role water resources and good sanitation play in the improvement of one’s livelihood. We focus on sustainable solutions that incorporate training aspects, partnerships in the water and sanitation sector and employ a group of professional with a variety of specialties to work towards the sector goals.

- Water for production (irrigation, dams, valley tanks, livestock water systems).
- Hydrology.
- Urban drainage.
The services under this unit include planning feasibility studies, detailed design, construction supervision, procurement assistance, training, technical and economic evaluation and project management in the related fields.
We have capacity to offer a variety of services in this area using state of the art equipment and software. We provide surveying services for planning, design, constructions and mapping for diverse projects. We have provided survey and geospatial solutions to a vast of infrastructural development projects in Uganda and we continue to provide the best expertise to our clients in the following fields;
